Ben Johnson
In February 2016, Ben quit his day job and moved into his music studio. In the summer of 2016, Ben was selected to be a resident artist at one one of Nashville’s most historic honky tonk’s - Tootsie’s World Famous Orchid Lounge. In 2017, Ben was introduced by a mutual friend to platinum producer, Matt McVaney (Kane Brown), and they began working together on Ben’s self-titled debut EP. The 4 song EP released February 2018 and was a breakout success. The EP debuted at #1 on the iTunes Country Music Chart and peaked at #11 amongst all other genres. The EP charted as one of Billboards top 20 digital downloaded albums the week of its release.
In December 2019, he became one of the newest artist members of the Country Music Association. Ben released "Bring Me Home” on 2/21/2020 and despite the pandemic found success through digital streaming as the album has a 1M+ streams to date.
